I have noticed on some of the VMs that are having this problem that the Windows Application event log has Event IS 102 - "Closed PCoIP connection doesn't match global value." These events are logged at what we think is the same time that the user's are being disconnected. The 3010 thin clients can quickly process virtually any daily task with.
